Where you can compete in 70° temperatures in February, we have the perfect place for you alongside the beach at Lake Havasu. Come join in the fun and enjoy the best in BBQ competition here in Lake Havasu City, AZ., home to the London Bridge. On February 25th & 26th 2011, we will be holding our 2nd Annual HAVA BBQ London Bridge Style event. This KCBS sanctioned event includes all the typical foods: Chicken, Ribs, Pork Shoulder/Butt and Brisket, plus we will have side categories of Salsa, Chile, Anything Butt and Desserts.
